Tropeçar, cair e levantar

Os HMB sabem do meu maior segredo (não, não é sobre o que o amor é para mim) e fizeram uma música sobre ele! E o pior é que adoro! Safados!

Desafio #darmúsicaaosdiasdasemana - 3.ªfeira

Apesar de já ter acabado o curso há 6 anos, ainda continuo muito ligada ao mundo universitário. Como tal é impossível não me lembrar das famosas "Noites RUM", no Bar Académico da UMinho. Eram noites de música mais alternativa, mas que, até à entrada do processo de Bolonha e à chegada da crise, enchiam a casa e motivavam muitas saídas à noite, muitos copos e muita dança. Tenho dificuldade em escolher uma única música que represente estas noite de maneira que deixo aqui ficar aquelas que imediatamente, após os primeiros acordes, me transportam para os 18/20 anos!

Let the weekend begin!

Trabalhei que me fartei esta semana (quando achava que iria ser uma semana calma e com praia pelo meio). Lidei com problemas familiares, enfreitei mais uma crise existencial (ainda cá mora, mas está um pouco melhor), refleti (muuuito!), repensei objetivos, sonhos, amizades, pessoas, coisas do dia a dia. Chorei, aliviei a sensação de esmagamento e asfixia, respirei fundo e decidi olhar em frente e continuar a lutar. 

Segunda há mais. Hoje e até domingo à noite meto uma pausa. Mereço descanço. 

A perfeição existe!

Não gostei do primeiro single do Sam Smith mas confesso que me tem surpreendido e estou completamente viciada em ambas as versões da música. E a letra? Bem... a letra acho-a simplesmente perfeita do início ao fim!

Aquele momento em que...

... ouvimos uma música da nossa adolescência e descobrimos que ainda sabemos a letra toda... não só dessa música, como de tantas outras que fizeram um mega sucesso. O CD deles ainda habita carinhosamente na estante do meu quarto! 

Vive melhor quem samba

Acabo de descobrir que hoje é Dia do Samba! Esse ritmo que eu tanto gosto e que me traz tão boas recordações, não fosse eu natural de uma das terras portuguesas onde mais se vive o Carnaval e onde, nesta altura do campeonato, já há festas de samba e grupos a prepararem o desfile. E se esta música falasse... ui quantas histórias teria ela para contar!!!

Hoje não consegui tirar esta música da cabeça. Adoro o início, faz-me lembrar uma canção de embalar. Mas é o facto de me levar para um momento especial, de mudança, do encontro com a paz que tanto procurava que me faz gostar ainda mais dela. (Não devia pensar nestas coisas mas... um mês já lá vai. Já só faltam três... e tudo pode acontecer).
